NAME OF THE SCHEME CEILING FOR ANNUAL INCOME DETAILS OF THE SCHEME SANCTIONING AUTHORITY
1.Scholarship by central Government for higher education.(India post matric scholarship)-Half rate - 38211/- -Fullrate -75,000/- Nil Full tution fees and 50% maintenance allowance, Full tution fees and full maintenance allowance. (SC students belonging to Hindu and Boudha community may apply) As per the Government order.
2. Prize Money Nil SC Students who secure 90% marks in their final exams at first attempt in UG degree, post graduate degree or professional degree courses are awarded cash Rs. 1000/-, Rs.1250 and Rs. 1500/-respectively. B.Other Educational aids & Concessions. 		Nil Women students of all communities are given full concession of their tution fees. In case of discontinuance of study the total concession should be refunded. As per the government order.
5. Encouraging scholarship amount for tamil medium students Nil Every year students are sanctioned Rs.400/- students should study continuous years and complete the course. Students should write all their university examinations in tamil except language papers. On discontinunance of the study the entire amount sanctioned should be refunded. As per the government order.
